Help & Support — Phone, WhatsApp and Guides
Support here is a phone number, not a ticket queue. Someone answers in Hindi, Monday to Saturday, and they know what a challan is and why cement and steel sit at different GST rates — because the software was built in a hardware market for shops like yours.
The fastest route for each kind of problem
Something is not working: WhatsApp a screenshot of the screen you were on, with the error visible, along with your registered mobile number. Most of these come back solved in the first reply. A question about how to do something: check the video tutorials first, they are two to five minutes each and recorded from the live software. Setup or data import: call, because it is quicker to do together than to explain. Billing or payment: email with the invoice or receipt number.
What to have ready
Your registered mobile number, because that is how your account is found. For an error, a screenshot showing the whole screen rather than a crop. For a billing question, the bill or receipt number. If billing has actually stopped and you cannot raise an invoice at all, say so in the first line of the message and it is treated as urgent rather than joining the queue.
Setup and moving from another system
Bringing across an item list, a party list and outstanding balances from a register, Excel or Tally is done for you. Send whatever you have — an export, a spreadsheet, even photographs of the register. In Patna and Kolkata a member of our team can come to your shop and do the setup on site at no charge; everywhere else it is a call and a screen share, which takes about the same time.
