Video Tutorials — Watch and Learn

Short Hindi videos covering the whole software: your first bill, the udhaar khata (credit ledger), stock, staff attendance and GST reports. Two to five minutes per video and you are ready to go.

Videos are coming soon. In the meantime, read our guides or book a demo.

What the videos cover

The tutorials run in the order a new shop actually sets things up. The first one takes you from a blank account to a printed GST bill: adding your company details and GSTIN, putting in your first few items with the right unit — kg, bag, ton, piece or foot — and raising an invoice you can send to WhatsApp straight away. Most people are done with this in under ten minutes.

After that come the videos for the things that repeat every day. Recording a credit sale so the party's udhaar khata updates itself, taking a part payment against an old bill, sending a payment reminder, and reading the outstanding report so you know who owes what before you pick up the phone. There is a separate video on the customer portal, where your regular parties can log in and see their own ledger without calling you.

The stock videos cover opening stock, purchase entry, and the low-stock alert that tells you an item is about to run out before a customer is standing at the counter. The delivery challan video shows how the vehicle number and freight charge go on the bill, which is the record that settles an argument about whether material reached a site.

For shops with staff there are videos on GPS attendance from the staff member's own phone, on setting a monthly salary and generating a slip, and on giving a staff login only the permissions you want them to have. Finally, the GST videos walk through the GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B figures and how to export them for your accountant at the end of the month.

How to use them

Every video is recorded from the live software, so what you see on screen is exactly what you will see in your own account. They are in Hindi with the on-screen labels in English, which is how the software itself is set up. Nothing here needs an account — you can watch first and sign up afterwards.
