What data we collect
- Account data: name, phone number, email address, shop name and GSTIN (if you provide one)
- Business data: your invoices, parties, items, payments and staff records — whatever you enter into the software
- App data: GPS location for staff attendance (only when the company has enabled the feature, and only at the moment of punching in) and device information
- Usage data: which features are used — collected to improve the product (analytics)
What we do with your data
- To run the service — billing, reports and backups
- To provide support — when you ask us for help
- To send essential updates (renewal reminders, downtime notices)
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your business data to anyone
- We do not contact your parties or customers
- We do not share data from your invoices with advertisers
Where your data is stored
On cloud servers in the India region, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Backups are taken automatically every day. Access is restricted to those staff who need it for their work.

- Export your data at any time (invoices, ledger, parties)
- Have your account and data deleted — see the delete account page

Third-party services
We use a payment gateway for payments (governed by its own privacy policy), Google Analytics for analytics, and WhatsApp sharing happens through your own WhatsApp account. These services receive only the data necessary for them to function.
