Getting leads in
Add a lead one at a time with just a name, mobile number and address, or upload a list in bulk from a CSV. Bulk upload is how most shops start, because the list already exists somewhere — an exhibition, a dealer register, a spreadsheet somebody kept. Duplicate numbers are flagged rather than silently created, so the same person is not called by two of your people in the same week.
Assigning to the team
Leads are assigned to staff who handle them — field staff who visit, or telecalling and CRM staff who work the phone. Each person sees their own list on the Android app: who to call, the number, the address and the history. You see the whole board — who has how many, what stage each lead is at, and what has not been touched. That last one is usually the most revealing figure.
Calling and WhatsApp from the app
From a lead the staff member dials or opens WhatsApp directly, then records what happened — interested, call back on a date, not interested, converted. The follow-up date puts it back on their list on the right day. Because the outcome is logged at the moment of the call rather than remembered for a Monday meeting, the record is actually true.
Turning a lead into a customer
When a lead converts it becomes a party, so the first bill goes to a record that already carries the phone number and address rather than being typed again. The link back to the lead is kept, so you can see which source and which staff member produced which customer — and after a few months, which of the two is worth more investment.
The number that tells you if it is working
Not calls made, and not leads added. The figure that matters is how many assigned leads have had no contact recorded in the last seven days. That single number separates a pipeline being worked from a list being stored, and it is visible on the board without asking anybody. A team member with sixty leads and eight touched in a week is not busy, they are stuck — usually because the list has stale numbers in it or because nobody agreed what a follow-up should look like. Both are fixable once the number is on a screen.
