Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — free forever, not a trial that expires. No card is asked for at signup and there are no hidden charges. You only pay when the shop outgrows the free limits on bills, staff logins or customers.
What happens after the 7-day trial on a paid plan?
Nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends you either pay to continue on that plan or drop back to the free plan — your data stays either way.
How do I pay?
Online by UPI, debit or credit card, or netbanking. The account activates immediately after payment and a GST invoice is issued to your registered business name.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrade any time — the unused part of your current plan is adjusted against the new one. A downgrade takes effect from the next billing cycle so you keep what you have paid for.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes. Ask within the first 7 days of a paid plan and you get a full refund, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Is the Android app charged separately?
No. The app is included in every plan, free one as well. The same login works on the browser and the phone, and both show the same data.
What happens to my data if I leave?
The data is yours. Export invoices, customers, items and the ledger to CSV before you go — we do not hold data hostage to keep a subscription.
Do I need a GST number to use it?
No. GST billing can be switched off entirely, and the software then prints plain invoices. Turn it on the day you register for GST.
